Breezy is a brand of Art Curation, advising, consultancy, and artworks acquisition with specific reference to the Digital and NFT world. 

The purpose of this Privacy and Cookie Policy is to describe the management mode of the internet site concerning the processing of your personal data (also “user”/”visitor”), pursuant to Article 13 of Regulation 679/2016 (hereinafter, “GDPR”). 

Please note that this policy refers exclusively to the data of those who interact with the services accessible from the home page (hereinafter also referred to as the “Website” or the “Site” for brevity), without extending to other websites that may be reached by the user through links on the Website. In the web pages, where the collection of data takes place following the request for a service, specific information is made available and, where necessary, the relative consent is acquired.

1.1.  Technical Data

The computer systems and software procedures used to operate this website acquire, during their normal operation, some personal data whose transmission is implicit in the communication protocols of the Internet.

This category of data includes IP addresses or domain names of computers used by users who connect to the site, URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) of requested resources, the time of the request, the method used to submit the request to the server, the size of the file obtained in reply, the numerical code indicating the status of the response from the server (successful, error, etc..) and other parameters regarding the operating system and computer environment. These Data are used only for statistical information (therefore they are anonymous), to check the correct functioning of the Website, and are deleted immediately after processing. The Data could be used to ascertain responsibility in case of hypothetical computer crimes against the Website.

The optional, explicit and voluntary sending of electronic mail to the addresses indicated on this Site, also using our specific format, involves the subsequent acquisition of the sender’s address, necessary to respond to requests, and any other personal data included in the missive.

Personal data is processed with automatic tools and the storage period lasts until your consent is revoked.

  • subjects, bodies or authorities to which the communication of the personal data of the interested party is obligatory by virtue of provisions of law or orders of the competent authorities. 

With the exception of the above, personal data will not be disclosed and/or communicated to third parties.
